The exceptions are those specific to location – for example, we help to provide direction to find the right stores to team up with, but as a new home stager, we recommend building relationships with these stores on a local level (though we provide access for you to our national suppliers). As well, we give guidelines based on updates/upgrades for today's buyers, but some aspects may vary by region – this is learned through listening to market trends, buyer feedback, and your local agents.
