You will be asked to complete a feedback questionnaire to help us to best understand your request and we will process your refund. Your access to the course will be revoked immediately upon your refund, and your certificate will be null and void and any rights to use will be rescinded.

In-Class Training Courses, Workshops, and Seminars Cancellation Policy

The registration fee will be refunded, in full, if written cancellation is received up to two (2) weeks prior to the course date. After this time, half the course fee will be refunded up to three (3) working days prior to the course or seminar date. The course fee is forfeited if written cancellation is not received prior to three (3) working days before the scheduled course date.

 

Online Training Courses and Digital Products Refund Policy

Course fees will be refunded, in their entirety, provided that no more than ten (10) percent of the course material has been viewed and downloaded. In addition, a request for refund or exchange credit is submitted, in writing, no later than the 7th day after purchase.
